Political conventions are full of speeches, receptions and late-night parties, which means delegates and VIPs often find themselves changing clothes several times a day. Actors and entertainers such as Rosario Dawson and Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, in town for the Democratic National Convention, flashed their fashion prowess, while such political powerhouses as Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Rodham Clinton displayed colorful, if sartorially subdued, appearances. For the men, bespoke suits and colorful ties ruled, and everyone wanted a souvenir picture taken with CNN’s Anderson Cooper.
