Recipe from “Wine Bar Food,” by Cathy Mantuano and Tony Mantuano. Makes 1 cocktail.

Ingredients

1 1/2   ounces blood orange vodka

1/2     ounce Aperol or Campari

1       ounce sour mix

        Orange twist for garnish

Directions

Shake the vodka, Aperol and sour mix in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with an orange twist and serve.
