The NCAA announced Tuesday that the University of Colorado will host the 2010 men’s and women’s skiing championships at Steamboat Springs, which has served as the venue for the NCAA skiing championships five times: 1968, 1969, 1979, 1993 and 1996.
Mammoth opens with LumberJax.
The Colorado Mammoth will open its 2009 National Lacrosse League season with a home-and-home series against the Portland LumberJax, Jan. 9 at Portland and Jan. 10 at the Pepsi Center.
Season tickets are $72 and are on sale now. Single-game tickets go on sale in December.
