Ingredients
1 package Women’s Bean Project Dillicious Dill Dip Mix
1 pound softened butter
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine dip mix and butter. Blend until butter is light and fluffy. Spoon butter mixture onto plastic wrap and form into log. Place in refrigerator until butter is firm.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on preheated grill. Cook salmon 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Slice chilled butter into medallions and serve on top of fish.
