A man was shot to death last night at a Sonic restaurant at 4305 Chambers Road, authorities say.
The shooting happened at 8:50 p.m. as a man drove toward the drive-up window, according to Det. Sharon Hahn, Denver police spokeswoman.
Two men approached the victim’s window and at least one of the suspects fired shots at him, Hahn said.
The suspects got into a dark sports utility vehicle and sped away, she said.
The victim was driven to University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, where he was later pronounced dead, according to Hahn.
Police have not yet arrested a suspect, she said.
