KREMMLING, Colo.—West Grand High School in Kremmling has canceled classes Monday so crews can clean up following a fire in the vocational wing.
Classes will resume Tuesday.
Grand County sheriff’s officials say a school district employee reported the fire Saturday morning in the wood shop. Firefighters contained the flames quickly but said there was smoke, water and fire damage in some areas. Authorities did not estimate a dollar amount of how much damage was caused.
School officials say early reports suggest the fire was caused by a faulty electrical box.
