The Colorado Division of Wildlife will host four eastern Colorado meetings to discuss additional seasons and license numbers for pronghorn in several areas. The first will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Limon Community Building, 477 D Avenue. A similar meeting will be 6-9 p.m. at Trinidad Junior College, followed by a 7-9 p.m. Sept. 23 event at the school in Rush. A clinic to teach the finer points of upland bird hunting is scheduled 1-4 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Colorado Division of Wildlife office in Lamar, 2500 S. Main St. Experts from the agency will focus on pheasant and quail hunting. Reservation required, 719-336-6608.
