A 2-year-old boy tumbled out the third-floor window of an apartment complex in Green Valley Ranch on Sunday afternoon.
The child was rushed to the Children’s Hospital in Aurora after Denver Fire Department paramedics were called at 2:16 p.m., said Assistant Fire Chief Steve Garrod.
Authorities said today that the fall at Redstone Ranch apartments, at 4775 Argonne St. — near East 48th Avenue and Tower Road — was an accident. No charges will be filed.
The child is expected to fully recover.
