A Denver police officer will face charges in a crash that left another motorist seriously injured in June, the District Attorney’s office.
Wilbur Hall III, 30, was driving too fast without his lights or siren, when he hit a car at Sixth Avenue and St. Paul Street on June 21, according to a statement from District Attorney Mitch Morrissey’s office.
Hall is charged with careless driving resulting in serious bodily injury.
He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Oct. 10.
