DENVER—The jackpot for Saturday’s Colorado Lotto drawing will be $9.6 million, the highest in more than six years.
The Colorado Lottery said Thursday the jackpot is the biggest since $16 million on Sept. 11, 2002.
The jackpot has hit $9 million two other times since then: $9.2 million in July 2007 and $9 million in November 2007.
If no one matches all six numbers on Saturday, the jackpot will grow to $10 million for the next drawing, on Wednesday.
