JEFFERSON COUNTY — A criminal case against a teacher’s aide accused of kissing and fondling a teenage student has been dismissed.
Charges of sex assault of a child by a person in a position of trust, and enticement of a child, against April T. Robertson were dismissed in June, according to court records.
