DENVER—One man is hospitalized after an early-morning shooting in Denver.
The man was in a car at a traffic light at about 1 a.m. Friday when another vehicle approached, and someone inside that car opened fire.
Police spokesman Sonny Jackson says people in each vehicle had been involved in a confrontation before the shooting. Jackson says the victim was shot multiple times.
He was taken to University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, but his name and condition have not been released.
The suspect vehicle fled the scene.
Police have not issued a description.
