Streak ends for injured Taylor

Jason Taylor: The Redskins’ defensive end’s consecutive games streak ended at 133 after he was scratched for the game at Dallas with a calf injury. He last missed a game in 1999.

Panthers: Carolina earned its 100th victory in franchise history with a 24-9 win over the Falcons.

Titans: Tennessee has won four games in September for only the second time in franchise history, the first since being 4-1 in September 1979.

Jets: New York set a franchise record by scoring 34 points in the second quarter of a 56-35 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
