Getting your player ready...
LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska will be looking to its special teams for a strong performance Saturday as the Cornhuskers take on fourth-ranked Missouri.
And one guy Coach Bo Pelini hopes to keep the ball away from is Tiger speedster Jeremy Maclin. He ranks 12th in the nation in kickoff returns, averaging 31 yards per return. He has returned seven kicks for 217 yards and one touchdown.
Pelini says you have to respect Maclin. He says Maclin can change the game.
Nebraska (3-1) has its own weapon in Niles Paul who ranks 28th in the nation in kickoff returns. He has averaged more than 25 yards per return.
Missouri is 4-0 heading into Saturday. It is the Big 12 opener for both teams.
Kickoff is set for 8 p.m.
