Denver’s teachers union is creating a new school focused on math and science and is seeking parent input and interest through its website.
Officials with the Denver Classroom Teachers Association are still working on plans for the Math and Science Leadership Academy and will be seeking approval from the school board in the fall.
If approved, the school would open in the fall of 2009.
