GLENWOOD SPRINGS — A plan to add a base village at the Sunlight Mountain ski resort near Glenwood Springs is moving forward.
The Garfield County Planning Commission on Wednesday approved a zoning change for the village and set another hearing on the plan next month.
The village as proposed would include 830 residential units and 110,000 square feet of commercial space.
