Mesa Verde’s fall “Out and About” package, starting at $699 for two, includes Kiva lodging at the Far View Lodge for two nights; a welcome bottle of premium wine; full American breakfast buffet for two mornings; two evenings of fine dining at the Metate Room; and a private tour of Mesa Verde’s ancient sites. The tour includes regularly scheduled Cliff Palace ranger-led walking tour with up to 60 visitors in addition to your party. This package is available through Oct. 20. Available add-ons include a night at a deluxe B&B in Durango; riding the historic Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad; and an authentic stage coach ride nearby in the Mancos Valley.
Also through Oct. 20, Mesa Verde offers a “Cities of Sandstone” package starting at $339 (double occupancy minimum). Guests receive two nights of standard lodging; two tickets for a half-day Cliff Palace/ Mesa Loop ranger-guided bus tour; and two mornings of a full American breakfast buffet for two.
