Today — today — is the last day Coloradans can register to vote for the Nov. 4 election. So if you haven’t done so, and you want to vote, act now.
Presidential elections come but every four years, and open Senate seats come less often, so this is a big one. Democracy depends on your participation, and our society is facing enormous challenges.
The Colorado Secretary of State’s website has easy-to-use information about registration, mail-in ballots and early voting, as well as contact information for every county clerk and recorder office in the state. Check it out at .
Requests for mail-in ballots continue through Oct. 28, and early voting begins Oct. 20. The ballot is a long one, so consider avoiding Election Day lines by taking advantage of those options.
