BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder police are searching for a suspect in connection with the sexual assault of a woman near the University of Colorado campus.
The 18-year-old woman told police she was sitting on a curb following a party during the early-morning hours of Sept. 27 when a male stranger approached her. The man asked her to come with him, but she resisted.
The man then allegedly pulled her up and forced her to go into a nearby home, where he assaulted her.
The woman later met with a victim’s advocate at CU and notified Boulder police.
Authorities describe the suspect as a white male in his 20s, about 6-foot-1, 230 pounds, with long curly dark brown hair, gray eyes and a scraggly beard.
Two other alleged sexual assaults in Boulder are also under investigation.
