Two men who sent child pornography over the Internet have been arrested after a Colorado Springs Police Department investigation.

Martin Lockman of Whitestone, N.Y., was arrested in New York for investigation of sending and receiving child pornography, according to Colorado Springs police Lt. David Whitlock.

James C. Phipps of Centennial was arrested by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office for investigation of sexual exploitation of children and is being held at the Arapahoe County jail on $50,000 bail, Whitlock said.

A Colorado Springs investigation in April discovered that men from across the country were trading pornography on the Internet.
