MILWAUKEE — Miller Coors’ sales to retailers rose less than 1 percent in the latest quarter, as a jump in Coors Light sales helped buffer a drop in flagship brand Miller Lite, said SABMiller PLC on Tuesday. Coors Light’s volumes rose 6.8 percent, while Coors Banquet and Miller High Life continued to generate good growth, the company said, and Keystone Light saw double-digit gains.
