HealthGrades Inc., a Golden-based health care ratings company, on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Wrong , a health information and community website, along with the site for about $6.2 million in cash. Both companies were owned by Adviware Pty. Ltd., a privately held company based in Australia.
According to comScore MediaMetrix’s September rankings, the combined HealthGrades sites will be the ninth largest ad-supported health care Web property.
