LAKEWOOD — Police seek help in identifying a man who was captured on a security camera leaving the area near Kipling Parkway and West 20th Avenue where he was seen peeping into the bedroom window of a young woman.
The man has returned several times to the area, police said Thursday.
He is described as white or Hispanic, possibily in his late 30s, between 5-foot-right and six-foot tall, weighing 180-220 pounds. He has a dark mustache and hair and was seen wearing light-colored jogging pants and a pullover sweatshirt with a hood.
