A 15-year-old student at George Washington High School has died of injuries she received when hit by a vehicle while walking across Leetsdale Drive Monday, police said tonight.
The girl, whose identity police haven’t released, was walking across the busy, five-lane road near Monaco Parkway when she was hit.
The driver, Rajaraman Sundaram, 34 was driving northbound on Monaco and made a right turn onto Leetsdale when he hit the girl.
