The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Sheridan-based Omni-X Co. Inc. for three alleged willful violations, seven serious violations and one other violation of health and safety hazards, with penalties totaling $129,750.

The alleged willful violations include failure to establish an energy-control program, absence of guarding on metalworking machinery and deficiencies in the hazard- communication program. OSHA defines a willful violation as one committed with plain indifference or intentional disregard for employee safety and health.
