RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil — A government website for Brazil’s prostitutes that suggests they be prepared to perform fantasies and “offer specialties,” among other tips, will be toned down, an official said Tuesday. Prostitution is legal in Brazil, and sex-worker advocacy groups say the Labor Ministry website aims to promote the human rights of prostitutes. But critics say the site goes too far and appears to encourage prostitution.
