REDONDO BEACH, Calif.—Police in California have arrested a fugitive who was wanted for killing two people at a Halloween party in Denver.

Twenty-eight-year-old Rodolfo Gonzalez, who was profiled twice on the television show “America’s Most Wanted,” was arrested Monday after Redondo Beach officers saw him allegedly sell methamphetamine in a shopping center parking lot in El Monte.

Sgt. Gene Tomatani said that Gonzalez told officers he was wanted for two murders, but he refused to elaborate and gave a fake name.

Police searched his home in Montebello and found three pounds of meth, cocaine and marijuana.

Fingerprint analysis later confirmed Gonzalez was wanted for the double shooting in October 2005.
