LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska coach Bo Pelini says his Cornhuskers can’t afford to make dumb mistakes when it takes on fourth-ranked Oklahoma this weekend.

The Huskers (5-3, 2-2 Big 12) have done a better job of cutting down on penalties in the past two games. Pelini says it’s important they play smart come Saturday.

The team practiced for two hours in Memorial Stadium on Thursday in preparation for the Sooners (7-1, 4-1).

Pelini says wide receiver Menelik Holt is likely out for Saturday’s game due to injury. Linebacker Phillip Dillard is out with an ankle injury.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ESPN will televise the game.
