DENVER—A man accused of killing two people at a Halloween party three years ago has been charged with murder.

Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey filed two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder against 28-old Rodolfo Gonzales on Thursday.

He was arrested this week in California on suspicion of selling methamphetamine. A fingerprint analysis showed he was wanted in Denver in the shooting deaths of Ted Guerra and Isaiah Roybal. A third man was seriously injured.

Gonzales was featured twice on the television show “America’s Most Wanted.”
