Cleveland is trying to clean up the tailgating environment for Browns fans. Beginning today, tailgaters must wait outside the big city-owned parking lot near Browns Stadium until 4 a.m., later than some fans have been arriving. The city will boost the number of portable toilets at the lot from 15 to 25 and the number of trash containers from 73 to 123. A tailgating vehicle that requires more than one space must have extra parking stubs. The Browns host the Baltimore Ravens at 11 a.m. today.
