“Family Ties” and “Back to the Future” veteran actor Michael J. Fox will guest-star in four episodes of FX’s firefighting melodrama “Rescue Me.” Fox tells “Entertainment Tonight” that things are good in his life. “If you’re never down, you’ll never know how good it feels to be up. It’s a great ride, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I love my life for whatever difficulties there are,” said Fox, who has lived with Parkinson’s disease for two decades. Fox said his wheelchair-using “Rescue Me” character is the opposite: “He is real ly dark and misanthropic. He’s bitter and nasty. It’s really fun.” The Philadelphia Inquirer
