Douglas County-based TW telecom inc., a provider of managed voice and data-networking solutions for business customers, reported third-quarter income of $3.8 million, or 3 cents per share, compared with a loss of $11.6 million, or 8 cents per share, in the comparable period last year. Revenue rose 6 percent to $291.6 million from $274.8 million last year.
