Ingredients

   Mayonnaise

   Whipped cream

   Lemon juice

   Salt

   Watercress, finely chopped

Directions

Mix equal parts mayonnaise and whipped cream. Flavor with lemon juice and salt to taste. Just before serving, add ample chopped watercress. Serve with salads or fish.
