WELLS FARGO: Named Tim Padilla business banking manager for much of the suburban area in the Denver metro area. Most recently, he managed the business sales officer team for the metro area.

THE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL: Announced that Dr. Daniel Hyman was named chief quality officer. Children’s appointed Dr. Duncan Wilcox as chairman of pediatric urology.

NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION: Appointed Jack Burns, a professor in the astrophysical and planetary sciences department at the University of Colorado at Boulder, as chairman of the NASA Advisory Council’s Science Committee. The committee is the top advisory body for science within the space agency.

HISTORIC DENVER INC.: Robert E. Musgraves was named executive director and Annie Robb Levinsky deputy director.

HYATT REGENCY TECH CENTER: Appointed Robert Purdy as general manager of the 451-room hotel.

PROTIVITI INC.: Promoted Matthew Landers and Marie McGillivray to manager.

CACTUS: Added Jorge Lamora as a designer, Lindsey Beal as a production artist and Allie Edwards as art director.

COLORADO COLLEGE: Selected Robert G. Moore as vice president of finance and administration/treasurer.

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH: Named Beverly Moschel Hirsekorn as health outcomes and quality management supervisor for the department’s health-care policy and financing.

ARROW ELECTRONICS INC.: Appointed Bill Corey as vice president of operations and logistics of the Enterprise Computing Solutions unit.

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION: Selected Richard J. Traystman, a professor and vice chancellor for research at the University of Colorado Denver, as one of the Distinguished Scientists for 2008.

KPMG LLP: Admitted Cody L. Daniels of the Denver office, into the partnership.
