Bargain hunters know the warmer months are the optimal time to find ski and snowboard gear at a discount, but even with Colorado’s ski season already underway, there’s still hope for procrastinators.
Summit County-based Babes in the Backcountry, an outdoor adventure company, has cleaned house and is holding a “Garage Sale” this weekend in Breckenridge.
Items available include split boards, telemark equipment (skis, boots, bindings and skins), snowshoes and backcountry gear (beacons, shovels and probes).
There also are hats and helmets, goggles and sunglasses, even a computer for sale, not to mention a selection of summer gear.
