Step 5: “Get Prepared.” Examines the usual college pitfalls and provides tips on how to stay in control and on course.
Step 6: “Get Moving.” Presents the benefits of exercise and even illustrates workout routines for the dorm.
Step 7: “Get Your Vitamins.” Looks at essential nutrients and how to ensure that your diet gives you what you need.
Step 8: “Get Happy.” Addresses the importance of emotional and mental health in conjunction with the rest of the book’s focus on physical health, with relaxation tips to help center your purpose-driven life.
