You won’t win any nutrition awards, but it’s yummy. Makes about 32 pieces of fudge.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 pound confectioners’ sugar
Directions
Butter an 8-inch square pan, then line the pan with aluminum foil and butter again. Melt butter and peanut butter in top of a double boiler over a low simmer, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Stir until completely incorporated. Pour into pan and allow to cool about 3 hours. Remove from pan, peel away foil, cut and serve.
