Creekside Development plans to spend $5 million renovating Champa Square on the 16th Street Mall.
The building, to be ready for occupancy in 2009, will offer 48,450 square feet of renovated office space and 30,000 square feet of refurbished retail space.
Key Bank has signed a long- term lease to occupy 4,400 square feet on the first floor.
