Intrawest is planning to lay off employees at several of its resorts.
The company, which manages Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Steamboat Springs, declined to reveal how may employees it would lay off or which locations would be affected.
“Like many companies in North America, Intrawest is not immune in this current economic environment,” said a statement released Wednesday. “As such, we are taking the necessary steps to preserve our ability to be competitive and ensure our future success.”
