LARAMIE — Freshman Emma Langford led four players in double figures with 26 points as Wyoming (2-1) opened its home schedule Thursday with a 100-75 win over North Dakota (1-2).
Jade Kennedy also had a career high with 16 points. Elisabeth Dissen and Megan McGuffey added 15 and 11, respectively.
UND had a 31-21 lead in the first half, but the Cowgirls went on 13-3 and 17-4 runs to lead 51-38 at the half.
Air Force 74, Chadron State 52
AIR FORCE ACADEMY — Raimee Beck posted her first career double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds as the Falcons (1-1) jumped on the Eagles (0-3) early and cruised thereafter.
Air Force made six 3-pointers in the first half and led 39-18 at halftime. Brooke Cultra added 19 points for the Falcons. Kim Kreke had a career best with 13 rebounds, plus four blocks. Stevie Puentes also had a career high with 11 points.
