This is the last week of the “Pocketbook Anthropology” exhibit, a showcase of purses that date from 1880 to today. Materials from silk to cigarette boxes and precious metals create these handbags, and purse-related quips and anecdotes supplement the display. Recycle unwanted skis and snowboards — private skiers and riders only; no commercial inventory — at Aspen Sports. The ski and riding shop paired with SnowSports Industries America and will recycle skis and boards for three days only. Equipment in good shape will go to charitable programs.
