A 35-year-old homeless woman was arrested this morning on drug charges in Eagle County.
Heather Herrera was stopped by deputies about 2:00 a.m. for erratic driving, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
Officials found 1.4 grams of methamphetamine in the car, and they determined Herrera was wanted on warrants including a weapons charge.
She faces charges of drug possession and traffic offenses for this morning’s incident and is being held on $7,500 bond at the Eagle County jail.
