LONGMONT — A man accused of escaping from a halfway house in Oklahoma has been arrested in Colorado on accusations that he sexually assaulted a woman.
Police say Darnell Keith Jackson, 47, was being held on $500,000 bail.
Police say he was arrested on suspicion of first-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment with force, second-degree assault, third-degree assault and felony menacing after a 38-year-old woman told police that Jackson assaulted her Wednesday.
He is due in court Tuesday.
