Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. reported preliminary traffic results Thursday for November. Frontier’s planes were 78.5 percent full during the month, an increase of 0.4 points over November 2007. Revenue passenger miles, the amount of miles flown by paying passengers, decreased 14.9 percent, and capacity was down 15.2 percent from the same period last year.
