The Great Western Development Co., a developer of industrial property and affiliate of Denver-based The Broe Group, announced Thursday that Hexcel Corp. has chosen the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor for its first Colorado facility.
Construction will begin this month, and Hexcel — one of the nation’s largest producers of carbon fiber — is expected to be operational in late 2009.
Great Western also said it is in discussions with two companies that will bring several hundred thousand square feet of industrial space to the complex.
