Adams County deputies have found an Alzheimer’s patient who disappeared Sunday.
Juan Hurtado, 76, was last seen by his family at 5:45 p.m. Sunday at his home in the 700 block of South Fourth Avenue. He was found healthy and unharmed in the area of 104th Avenue and McCay Road.
