ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, Colo.—Visits to Rocky Mountain National Park have dropped 5 percent so far this year.

Park officials said this week that visitor numbers were down 135,000 through November compared with the same period last year.

Park spokeswoman Kyle Patterson says the park has seen fewer domestic visitors but more international visitors.

Butch Street, a management analyst for the National Park Service, says other parks have also seen more international visitors because of the value of the euro against the dollar.
