Give it the boot

If you need a break from holiday prep to focus on your health, Fitness for Living in Boulder is offering a free Women’s Fitness Boot Camp Class from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Wednesday. A number of routines and circuits will be offered so participants can get the feel of the workout, according to David Clair.
