Ingredients

     About 1 pound Brussels sprouts

2    tablespoons olive oil

A     few toasted almonds, chopped

Directions

Place Brussels sprouts in vegetable steamer over 1/3 cup water. Steam until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain.

Heat oil in large saute pan. Add sprouts and toss until shimmery and hot. Toss with almonds and erve.
