BOULDER — A 44-year – old man who allegedly crept into women’s homes and stole their underwear has been arrested on seven new burglary and trespassing charges, Boulder police said.
The investigation began on Halloween when Wesley Cox was caught videotaping a couple engaged in sex.
The new charges stem from the cooperation of six women who came forward after police released photos of the underwear they found in Cox’s home, said Sarah Huntley, spokeswoman for the Boulder Police.
